Our rubs were created by a 35-year culinarian native to Southern Arizona. Mike used his creativity by utilizing indigenous plants and making unique rubs that reflect the tastes and smells of the desert.
Lower in salt than most rubs. Please add salt to taste.
Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Smoked Paprika, Salt, Dried Tamarind, Oregano, Dried Prickly Pear Fruit, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Dried Mustard Powder. All natural dried herbs and spices. No MSG.
