The diversity of our state is unmatched, with deserts filled with statuesque saguaro cactus and rattlesnakes; to mountains with ponderosa pine trees, elk, and deer.
The Grand Canyon is one of the seven wonders of the natural world. It is a mile from top to bottom. We have put together a rub that represents all that is unique to a place that we think is amazing.
This rub is our attempt to share the fun, western diversity of our state with everyone via the smells and tastes of our rub. Our concoction of dried chilies, prickly pear cactus, and Tamarindo is unique, delicious, and spicy, and we hope you feel a little closer to the canyon every time you take a bite.
